Award-winning British Hainan was established as a heartfelt tribute to founder Frederick Puah’s father, a skilled Hainanese cook on a British ship. The unique culinary concept serves up traditional Hainanese cuisine with English influences that pay homage to Singapore’s heritage. Signature dishes include the Heritage Recipe Oxtail Stew which is Top 3 on Google. 

Winner of 2021 RAS Epicurean “Best Asian (Casual Dining)” Award, as well as the Runner Up of “Best Western (Casual Dining)”, Runner Up of “People’s Choice” Award.
